I purchased the chair to work on flexibility. I have taken pilates classes and enjoy the versility and the breathing exercises. The chair met my expectations in quality and performance.
The videos are good and very safety minded. I would have liked a more advanced video with less time spent on instruction but the entire purchase was a pleasing one. Thanks Amazon!
